ABOUT ME

I have had so many people ask me "How do you do it?"  I'm a strong believer in pushing limits, challenging myself, and sharing what I do with others with the thought that there might be one person out there that I can inspire and help.  I teach full time in a post-secondary institution; I teach online courses on the side; I am working on a PhD; I have two children, a husband, two dogs; and volunteer with many different committee and councils across all my interests.  This page is to share with you my life - successes and challenges, times when I can give and times when I need help. I hope you’ll enjoy browsing my updates - please get in touch if you have any opportunities related to my interests/skills or possible collaborations.
